facilitate clock-in and clock-out processes for employees. This technology is implemented to enhance
security, improve efficiency, and ensure accurate timekeeping. And There is no data storing on our
server

only for the purposes of verifying identity and recording clock-in and clock-out

Biometric data collected via mobile devices is processed in real-time and is not
stored on our servers. Data that is temporarily processed is encrypted and used solely for
authentication or timekeeping at the moment of processing.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption, access
controls, and regular security audits, to protect any biometric data processed during authentication
or timekeeping.
Data Retention
Since no biometric data from mobile devices is stored, there is no long-term
retention of such data on our servers. Any temporary biometric data processed is immediately deleted
after the authentication or clock-in/clock-out process is complete.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no
method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we
strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot
guarantee its absolute security.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personal Information to outside
parties. We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our
partners for purposes such as marketing or analytics.
